Также приятно удивила служба поддержки. В чате почти сразу выходят на связь, живой человек на связи. Был момент, когда я перевёл деньги не туда, и всё уладили оперативно.
Прозрачная политика
Что меня особенно порадовало — это открытость условий. Без мелкого шрифта, всё прописано чётко. Ставки по вкладам и кредитам более чем адекватные.

Надёжная защита
Я очень ценю безопасность, и тут она на высоте. Подтверждение через биометрию, коды, уведомления — всё работает. Можно даже временно приостановить доступ к карте прямо в приложении.
Забота о клиентах
Ощущение, что команда не стоит на месте. Появляются новые функции, проводятся специальные предложения, регулярно приходят уведомления с полезностями. Например, интеграция с налоговой — очень удобно!
Сегодня особенно важно иметь финансового помощника, который работает на клиента, а не наоборот. Для меня этот сервис стал именно таким.
